Are my audio files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser using the FFmpeg WebAssembly engine. Your audio never leaves your device — it is decoded, converted and encoded entirely on your machine.
How many files can I convert at once?
Up to 20 files, each up to 100MB. They convert one by one in a queue — download each result individually or grab the whole batch as a ZIP.

Why does the first conversion download ~33MB?
The FFmpeg WebAssembly engine (~33MB) is fetched once so conversions can run 100% offline and private in your browser. After the first load your browser caches it in memory for the whole session.
Does it work on mobile?
